We are always open for beneficial cooperation. To start our joint activity, you need to submit a required document package for consideration.
The list of documents, required to conclude a Joint Activities Agreement is as follows:
- Individuals should submit the following:
- A BAIL FROM A MEMBER OF THE CLUB
- Scanned copy of any photo ID (like passport, driver’s license, etc) and proof of residence (like utility bill, etc)
- Notarized enclosure
- PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE BAIL FROM A CLUB MEMBER in most cases IS A MUST!
- Legal entities should submit the following documents:
- Notarized copies of their documents of incorporation (with amendments thereto) with Apostille
- Duly attested extracts from Commercial or Bank (for banks) Registry of the entity’s country of origin
- Notarized copy of documents confirming the appointment of persons with the right to act on behalf of the entity without POA (power of attorney)
- Notarized bank card with signature and stamp samples
- Document confirming the right of the representative of a non-resident company to act on behalf of the entity
- ID document of the person authorized to open and control an account with us
- Documents of foreign legal entities should bear Apostille (legalized)
- Provisions for the source of the funds going to be involved in the projects
